AHM36B-S3QC012X12 Sick Absolute Encoder, 1 → 4096 ppr, IO-Link Signal, Solid Type, 6mm Shaft

This SICK Absolute encoder features an IO-Link interface. Providing both Speed and Position in the IO-Link process data this encoder is ideal for users who embrace IO-Link technology at the Sensor/Actuator level. The IO-Link communication protocol also enables this compact 36mm encoder to be used in higher level fieldbus systems when used in conjunction with an IO-Link Master supporting e.g. Profinet, Ethernet IP etc. This is a multiturn absolute encoder with programmable resolution 1-4096 steps/turn x up to 4096 turns.
