SSF211 float switches are designed for horizontal mounting within a tank. They are only suitable for applications where you have suitable access to the inside of the tank so that you can fit them. SSF212 float switches can be mounted from outside the tank and do not require access._x000D_

While supplied with an N/O contact, you can easily configure this to N/C (normally closed) by inverting the switch by 180° when you mount it. Instead of the float moving in a downwards direction as standard, it would move in an upwards direction away from the main body of the switch._x000D_
