Cynergy3 RSF50 Series Float Switches_x000D_ Cynergy3 RSF50 float switches are compact devices suitable for vending machines printing system and chemical dosing equipment, for example. RSF50 float switches are vertically mounted and feature a single switch._x000D_ There is a range of different material options available within the RSF50 series so you will be sure to find a suitable float switch for more commonly used liquids._x000D_ The direction of the switch can be reversed by firstly removing the float, inverting the switch and re-fitting it to the stem._x000D_ Within the series there are 5 ranges:_x000D_ RSF53 (black) - Nylon_x000D_ RSF54 (opaque) - Polypropylene (WRAS approved)_x000D_ RSF56 (grey) - Polyphenylene Sulphide (PPS)_x000D_ RSF57 (green) - Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF)_x000D_ RSF58 (white) - Polypropylene (UL approved)_x000D_ Note - the different ranges feature other differences. Please refer to the Datasheet for more information on technical specifications._x000D_ What contact types are there?_x000D_ The RSF50 float switches can be configured for N/O (Normally Open) or N/C (Normally Closed) operation._x000D_ What mounting thread does it have?_x000D_ RSF50 float switches have either M12 or 1/8” NPT mounting thread. This is depicted by the last part of the part number. If it ends in “B” or “C”, it is an M12. If it ends in “1/8” it is 1/8” NPT._x000D_ Note_x000D_ Part numbers ending in '1/8' have a 1/8"NPT mounting thread_x000D_ Part numbers ending in 'C' have an M12 mounting thread_x000D_ Warning_x000D_ The cable entry point must NOT under any circumstances be submerged._x000D_ On the Horizontal switches they must be fitted through the wall of a tank so that the cable is on the outside._x000D_ On the Vertical type the mounting thread and cable entry must be above the highest level of the liquid._x000D_ Supplied with_x000D_ epoxy sealed leadouts
